These general terms and conditions of sale serve to define the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from offers, sales, purchases and other transactions of the Products proposed on the Website. They aim to define the terms of sale between the User and LES BONNES MANIERES from order to services, through the payment and delivery.

They define all the necessary steps for placing the order and ensure the follow of this order between the parts. The parts agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by this contract, excluding any others.

Therefore, by relying upon and/or using the services ofthe Website, placing an order and/or concluding a contract, the User irrevocably confirms that they have received a copy of these general terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them, to the exclusion of any other.

LES BONNES MANIERES invites the User to read the general terms and conditions, and to accept them by clicking "I ACCEPT" at the end of the general terms and conditions in order to proceed with the purchase. Failing this, the User will be unable to pay for the purchases.

The fact that the general terms and conditions of this Website are not in the User's native language does not in any way exempt them from their application.

Users wishing to purchase on this Website declare they have full legal capacity to do so. Any person under disability according to Section 1123 and following of the Civil Code, cannot purchase in any way on the site.

Article 1: Seller

The commercial Website « www.lesbonnesmanieres.eu », hereafter called LES BONNES MANIERES, is an electronic commerce Website that can be accessed via Internet by all the Users of that network.

It is produced by SANDYSIGN S.P.R.L., having its registered office at Drève de Lorraine, N°43, 1180 Brussels, Belgium, and registered with the Belgian register of Companies under the number 0837 070 903.

Article 2 : Order

The order can only be registered on the Website if the User is clearly identified.

Any order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale, prices and description of goods.

The final validation of the order implies the acceptance by the User of its entire order and price.

This validation is worth signature and acceptance of all operations made on the site.

As soon as possible, LES BONNES MANIERES will send the User an email confirming the order to the e-mail address provided by himself.

LES BONNES MANIERES is committed to fulfill the received orders on the Website in the limit of available stocks of products. In case of a lack of availability of one or more ordered article (s), LES BONNES MANIERES undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible, and if necessary, to reimburse the sums paid within 30 days.

Article 3: Products

The essential characteristics of each Product are described in the corresponding pages of the Website's electronic catalogue.

The presentation pictures of the Products offered on the Website are not contractually binding LES BONNES MANIERES. The Website endeavours to very accurately describe and present the Products. However, it is impossible to faithfully reproduce the actual colours of the Products on the computer screen. The rendering of colours also depends on the computer equipment used by the User. Therefore, the documents associated with the Products are only provided for informational purposes and are not contractually binding. LES BONNES MANIERES cannot be held liable for the reliability of the colours, and will accept no claims nor give any guarantee in case of dissatisfaction with the colour and the descriptions.

The User will find in the measurement tables proposed on the Website, the correspondence between the body measurements and the sizes of the garments that will fit him.

Article 4: Conclusion of the online contract

The User can view the different Products that are offered for sale on the Website and may freely browse the different pages of the Website without any obligation to order.

If the User wishes to place an order, he will select the Products that are of interest by clicking the "PURCHASE" button. Each product added to the shopping cart will be confirmed by the appearance of a specific screen.

The User can, at any time:

  • obtain a summary of the Products selected by clocking "View Cart",
  • continue to select Products by clicking "Continue Shopping",
  • finalise the selection of Products and placing the order by clicking "Checkout".

The order will only be registered once the information provided has been confirmed as true. Acceptance of the order is made final by clicking the order confirmation button.

The Website will confirm receipt of the order as soon as possible by an e-mail summarising the items purchased, that will be sent to the e-mail address provide by the User at the time of confirming the order.

That acknowledgement e-mail only confirms receipt of the User’s order and will only be an acknowledgement. This will not constitute acceptance of the order.

A contract between the parts will not be formed until LES BONNES MANIERES sends the User confirmation by e-mail that the goods ordered have been dispatched to the User. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Article 5: Prices

LES BONNES MANIERES tries to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of any goods which the User have ordered,LES BONNES MANIERES will inform the User as soon as possible by an email and give the User the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.

The prices quoted at the end of the ordering process are the total prices including VAT.

Prices are shown in Euro (€).

Only payments in Euro (€), Pounds (£) and Dollars ($) will be accepted.

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. It must be made using a PayPal account or via Ogone. The order will be processed upon receipt of Ogone approval in accordance with the procedure described in article 6.

An electronic invoice can be produced by the Website. The User shall be required to specify the electronic address to which the invoice is to be sent.

VAT payment conditions:

Unless otherwise indicated, the prices shown on the Website include VAT at the Belgian rate.

Shipment to Belgium:

Individuals and companies: the sale is inclusive of VAT at the Belgian rate of 21%.

Shipment to another country of the European Community:

Individuals: the sale is inclusive of VAT at the Belgian rate of 21%.

Companies: the sale is exclusive of VAT (on condition that a valid intra-community VAT number is supplied).

Article 6 : Online payment

When validating the order, the User chooses one of the following forms of payment:

- CREDIT CARDS :

The Website has opted to receive credit card payments via the Ogone secure payment system that encrypts all the information relating to the use of the card during the online payment operation via the Website.

The following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard or Bancontact, Maestro. The online payment page will ask the User to enter the number of his card, its expiry date, as well as the security code (3-digit number on the back of the card).

The Website cannot be held liable for the consequences of the use of the credit card (fraudulent or any other) that might be made by third parties, including if messages have been intercepted.

When his order is completed, the User is directed to Ogone's secure Website for the entire payment transaction. This mechanism ensures the confidentiality of the payment data (in particular credit card numbers). The Website does not have knowledge of the User's credit card number, at any time: only the financial institution receives them in encrypted form. The Website receives a certificate delivered by Verisign, that confirms the reality of the existence of Ogone and the use of a SSL certificate for the encryption of confidential data.

Once the payment is accepted and confirmed, Ogone will proceed with the verification and execution of the payment.

- PAYPAL :

If the User elect to use PayPal for a payment transaction, he will be bound by PayPal’s terms & conditions, which are available from PayPal’s website at « www.paypal.com ». To use this payment option the User will need to create an account with PayPal, and to provide PayPal with his bank account or credit or debit card details.

Article 7: Ownership - Risks

The transfer of ownership of the Product will only be effective after the full payment of the price of the Product, regardless of the date of delivery of the Product. However, the transfer of the risks of loss and damage will be effective at the moment the Product is delivered and accepted by the User. The date shown on the delivery document is a valid proof of the delivery date.

Article 8: Shipping - Delivery

Deliveries are made to the entire world (see the section ‘international delivery’).

Products are delivered to the address provided by the User during the ordering process.

In case of return, the fee for processing and shipping the package is to be borne by LES BONNES MANIERES.

The delivery of the products will take place only during the 5 working days (no delivery will be executed during the weekend).

The delivery will take place within:
- 2 working days for Belgium ;
- 2 to 5 working days for the rest of the world ;

These periods are given for informational purposes only. LES BONNES MANIERES will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Products as quickly as possible. Unless the parties otherwise agreed, LES BONNES MANIERES will execute the order no later than 30 days from the day after the User sent his order.

Delivery is free for all purchases exceeding EUR 250. For purchases below this amount, delivery will be paid by the User at the following rates :

Belgium: 8 EUR

Europe: 25 EUR

Rest of the world : from 30 to 70 EUR

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, broker fees, and associated assessments. LES BONNES MANIERES has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The User has to inquire with his local customs office.

These fees may include import duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the User. The shipping charge by LES BONNES MANIERES does not include any of these fees.

Please be aware that Users are liable for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to LES BONNES MANIERES due to unexpected customs fees.

Once the parcel has arrived in the country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

LES BONNES MANIERES declines any liability for any delay, loss of the Products ordered, or strike caused by the postal services or transport. In these cases, the User will introduce the applications related to these inconveniences to the postal services or with the carrier.

In order to ensure their perfect condition and perfect safety during transport, all the Products are carefully packaged in accordance with the applicable standards.The User must imperatively check the package and the Products at the time of delivery. If, at the time of delivery, the User notes visible damage, this must be indicated immediately on the delivery document prior to signing for reception.

Any problem concerning the delivered items (damage, missing items from the order, package damaged or opened, broken item, defective item...) must be notified within 3 calendar days (including legal holidays) of delivery (postmark being taken as proof) to form any reservations or claims for non-compliance or defect items by e-mail (customercare@lesbonnesmanieres.eu) and by a letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

No claims will be accepted after this period. The defective item must be returned to LES BONNES MANIERES in accordance with the conditions of Article 10 below.

If the User has not received delivery within 15 days of placing the order, he is requested to immediately inform the Seller by e-mail (customercare@lesbonnesmanieres.eu).

If the ordered items have not been delivered within 30 days of the order, and if this delay is not due to a case of force majeure, the User may proceed to the cancellation of the sale by sending an email to customercare@lesbonnesmanieres.eu, and a letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Article 9: Period of reflection

According to Belgian law on Consumer Protection, any User is entitled to notify the Website that he cancels the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason no later than 14 calendar days after the delivery of the order. The postmark will be taken as proof.

The User shall include a copy of his order or invoice in the returned package.

The User must cover the cost of the return shipment, as the LES BONNES MANIERES free collection service does not apply to orders cancelled under the period of reflection.

Can not be returned or exchanged:

• Items damaged, soiled, worn, repaired by third parties and / or User ;

• Articles incomplete (parts, instructions and/or missing accessories) ;

• The items whose packaging is not original ;

The User must validate the proof of dispatch by postal services.

If the return is rejected by LES BONNES MANIERES, items will be returned to the User without any compensation or reimbursement right.

If all these conditions of return are respected, LES BONNES MANIERES will refund returned items within 30 days after reintegration of the goods in stock.

Article 10: Returns procedure

Any will of return must be reported to LES BONNES MANIERES within the 14 calendar days (including legal holidays) of delivery to the following email address : customercare@lesbonnesmanieres.eu.

All the reasons of returnsshould be mentioned properly on a document attached to the sent package.The postmark will be taken as proof of submission.

In all cases, the items requesting an exchange or refund must be sent back to LES BONNES MANIERES within 14 days after their delivery. The postmark will be taken as proof. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of LES BONNES MANIERES and, if they are accepted, may only be refunded as a store credit.

The shipping back costs will be paid by LES BONNES MANIERES only for an exchange or refund described in Article 10. It will not be the case if the User uses his right of period of reflection described in Article 9.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if the User is based outside the EU, he will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

The refund will either be credited to the original User's credit card or to his LES BONNES MANIERES account and will only include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under his right of reflection under article 9. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned using LES BONNES MANIERES free collection service under article 10.

In case of refund under article 10, LES BONNES MANIERES will only reimburse the price of the order, excluding the original delivery costs, which are borne by the customer.

Products will only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned unwashed and unworn in their original packaging. The Products should have their hangtag intact, and be in its original plastic bag.

Can not be returned or exchanged:

  • Articles incomplete (parts, instructions and/or missing accessories) ;
  • The items whose packaging is not original ;

Si l'utilisateur souhaite passer commande, il va sélectionner les produits qui l’intéressent en cliquant sur le bouton "achat". Chaque produit ajouté au panier sera confirmé par l'apparition d'un écran spécifique.

L'utilisateur peut, à tout moment:

En cas de retour, les frais de traitement et d'expédition des colis seront pris en charge par LES BONNES MANIERES.

La livraison des produits aura lieu uniquement pendant les 5 jours ouvrables (aucune livraison ne sera exécutée pendant le week-end).

La livraison aura lieu dans les:
- 2 jours ouvrables pour la Belgique;
- 2 à 5 jours ouvrables pour le reste des pays;

Indien de gebruiker wenst te bestellen, zal hij de artikelen die hem interesseren selecteren door te klikken op de knop "Kopen". Elk aan de mand toegevoegd artikel zal worden bevestigd door de verschijning van een specifiek scherm.

De gebruiker kan, te allen tijde:

  • Een overzicht van de geselecteerde producten verkrijgen door te klikken op het "Zie winkelmandje" pictogram,
  • Doorgaan met het selecteren van producten door te klikken op "Ga verder met winkelen",
  • De selectie van producten beëindigen en de bestelling plaatsen door te klikken op "Bestel".

De bestelling wordt geregistreerd enkel en alleen nadat de verkregen informatie werd bevestigd door de gebruiker. De bestelling is definitief nadat de gebruiker op de knop “bestelling bevestigen” klikt.

De site zal het ontvangst van de bestelling zo snel mogelijk bevestigen per e-mail met daarin de gekochte items vermeldt. Deze e-mail die zal worden verzonden naar het eerder opgeslagen e-mailadres van de gebruiker.

Deze e-mail bevestigt alleen maar de ontvangst van de bestelling van de gebruiker maar geen aanvaarding ervan.

Inderdaad, geen enkel contract zal worden vastgelegd tussen beide partijen totdat LES BONNES MANIERES de bevestiging verzendt via e-mail aangaande al de bestelde producten die verzonden werden naar de gebruiker. Alleen producten die vermeld zijn in de bevestigingsmail zullen worden gedekt door deze overeenkomst.

Artikel 5: Prijzen

LES BONNES MANIERES doet alles om ervoor te zorgen dat alle details, beschrijvingen en prijzen die op deze site verschijnen nauwkeurig zijn maar fouten kunnen weliswaar optreden. Als een fout wordt aangetroffen in de prijs van de goederen die de gebruiker heeft besteld, meldt LES BONNES MANIERES het zo spoedig mogelijk per e-mail en zal de gebruiker toelaten om zijn bestelling te herbevestigen tegen de echte prijs of om het te annuleren.

De vermelde prijzen op het einde van het bestelproces zijn de prijs totale inclusief BTW.

Prijzen zijn vermeld in euro (€).

Alleen betalingen in Euro (€), Pond (£) en Dollars ($) zullen worden aanvaard.

De betaling dient onmiddellijk in orde te komen na de uitvoering van de bestelling. De gebruiker heeft de keuze tussen het gebruik van zijn PayPal-account of een betaling via Ogone. De bestelling wordt verwerkt na ontvangst van de goedkeuring van Ogone in overeenstemming met de omschreven procedure in artikel 6.

Een elektronische factuur kan worden uitbesteed aan de site. De gebruiker dient een e-mailadres in te voeren waarnaar de factuur moet worden verzonden.

Voorwaarden voor betaling van de BTW:

Tenzij anders vermeld, zijn de weergegeven prijzen op de site inclusief BTW op het Belgische tarief.

Verzending in België:

Particulieren en vennootschappen: de verkoop omvat het Belgische tarief VAN 21% BTW.

Verzending naar een ander land van de Europese Gemeenschap:

Particulieren: de verkoop omvat het Belgische tarief VAN 21% BTW.

Vennootschappen: de verkoop is exclusief BTW (op voorwaarde dat een geldig intracommunautair BTW-nummer wordt verstrekt).

Artikel 6: Online betaling

De gebruiker kan kiezen tussen een van de volgende betaalmethoden:

-KREDIETKAARTEN:

De site heeft gekozen voor uitkering van betalingen via de beveiligde betaling systeem Ogone credit card die alle informatie over het gebruik van de kaart tijdens de transactie van betaling online op de site versleutelt.

Volgende kaarten worden aanvaard: Visa, MasterCard / Eurocard of Bancontact, Maestro. De online betalingspagina vraagt aan de gebruiker om zijn kaartnummer, vervaldatum ervan en de veiligheidscode (op de achterkant van de kaart- het 3 cijferig nummer) in te voeren.

De site kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor de gevolgen van het gebruik van de kredietkaart (frauduleus en andere) die kunnen worden berokkend door een derde, ook door middel van onderschepte berichten.

Wanneer de bestelling afgerond is, wordt de gebruiker teruggebracht naar de beveiligde site van Ogone voor de volledige betalingstransactie. Dit mechanisme garandeert de vertrouwelijkheid van betaling gegevens (met name de kredietkaartnummers), omdat de site nooit kennis van uw kredietkaartnummer heeft, dat de financiële instelling het in gecodeerde vorm ontvangt. De site ontvangt een certificaat van Verisign, die de realiteit van het bestaan van Ogone en het gebruik van een SSL-certificaat voor de codering van vertrouwelijke gegevens bevestigt.

Zodra de betaling is geaccepteerd en bevestigd wordt, beschikt Ogone over de controle en de handhaving van de betaling.

-PAYPAL:

Als de gebruiker besluit PayPal te gebruiken voor een betalingstransactie, zal hij worden gebonden door de bepalingen en voorwaarden van PayPal, die beschikbaar zijn op de site "www.paypal.com»." Als de gebruiker deze betalingsoptie verkiest, moet hij een PayPal-account aanmaken, en zijn bankkaartgegevens invoeren.

Artikel 7: Eigendom - risico 's

De overdracht van de eigendom van het product zullen pas na volledige betaling van de prijs van het product, ongeacht de datum van levering.

Indien de risico-overgang plaatsvindt op het tijdstip waarop het product is afgeleverd aan de gebruiker. De aangegeven datum op het document bij levering fungeert als geldig bewijs van de datum van levering.

Artikel 8: Transport - levering

Leveringen worden uitgevoerd over de hele wereld.

De producten worden geleverd op het adres dat op voorhand door de gebruiker werd aangegeven tijdens het bestelproces.

Bij terugkeer, zullen de kosten van de verwerking en de verzending van pakketten worden ondersteund door LES BONNES MANIERES.

De levering van de producten vindt plaats binnen de 5 werkdagen (geen enkele levering zal plaatsvinden tijdens het weekend).

De levering zal plaatsvinden binnen de:
-1 tot 3 werkdagen voor België;
-2 tot 5 werkdagen voor de rest of de wereld;

Deze termijnen fungeren als informatiedoeleinden. LES BONNES MANIERES zal alles doen om de bestelde producten zo spoedig mogelijk te leveren. Tenzij de partijen anders zijn overeengekomen, zal LES BONNES MANIERES de bestelling van de gebruiker niet later dan 30 dagen na de dag van de bevestiging van de bestelling uitgevoerd worden.

De levering is gratis voor aankopen van meer dan 250 euros. Voor aankopen beneden dit bedrag, zal de bepaling van de levering worden uitgekeerd door de gebruiker volgens het volgend schema:

België: 8 euro

Export: 25 euro

Rest van de wereld: 30 tot 70 EUR

Internationale bestellingen kunnen worden onderworpen aan douanerechten, makelaarskosten en de diverse belastingen. GOEDE MANIEREN heeft geen controle over deze kosten en kunnen onmogelijk voorspellen. Deze kosten kunnen onder meer invoerrechten, BTW (BTW) en douane-inklaring. De gebruiker is verplicht om bij de lokale douanekantoor. Deze kosten zijn volledig de verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker. Verzendkosten berekend door GOEDE MANIEREN bevatten geen van deze kosten.

De gebruiker wordt geïnformeerd dat hij alleen is verantwoordelijk voor de terugkeer verzendkosten op de pakketten die worden teruggestuurd naar goede manieren te wijten aan de douane kosten die zij kunnen hebben.

Zodra het pakket aangekomen in het land van bestemming, wordt het verzonden naar een postdienst binnen, volgens de standaard levering procedures.

LES BONNES MANIERES is niet verantwoordelijk voor vertraging en verlies van de bestelling, alsook de staking gelinkt aan de post –en transportdiensten. In dit geval zal de gebruiker zelf stappen moeten ondernemen bij de post –of transportdiensten.

Alle producten worden zorgvuldig verpakt in overeenstemming met de normen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze intact blijven. De gebruiker moet de verpakking en de producten controleren op het moment van levering. Indien de gebruiker bij de levering, zichtbare schade vindt, moet hij dit onmiddellijk op het leveringsdocument aangeven voordat hij zijn handtekening plaatst voor ontvangst.

Indien er zich een probleem voordoet op de geleverde artikelen, (schade, ontbrekende artikelen, beschadigd of geopend pakje, gebroken artikel, defect geraakt artikel,...), moet LES BONNES MANIERES binnen de 3 dagen ingelicht worden (feestdagen inbegrepen) na de levering (de poststempel fungeert als bewijs). Geen enkele klacht wordt aanvaard na deze termijn. Het defecte item wordt herzonden naar LES BONNES MANIERES onder de voorwaarden van artikel 10 hieronder.

Als de gebruiker geen levering binnen 15 dagen na de bestelling heeft ontvangen, deelt hij dit onmiddellijk mee aan de verkoper per e-mail (customercare@lesbonnesmanieres.eu ).

Als de bestelde artikelen niet zijn geleverd binnen 30 dagen na de bestelling, en de vertraging is niet te wijten aan overmacht, kan de klant overgaan tot de annulering van de verkoop door het sturen van een e-mail naar customercare@lesbonnesmanieres.eu, en een brief met ontvangstbevestiging naar het volgende adres:

Artikel 9: Herroepingrecht

In overeenstemming met de Belgische wet, beschikt iedere gebruiker over een recht van intrekking, en heeft het recht om de site in te lichten dat hij zijn aanwinst wenst te annuleren zonder boete en zonder reden, ten laatste 14 kalenderdagen na de levering van zijn bestelling met de poststempel als bewijs.

De gebruiker zal een kopie van zijn bestelling of van zijn factuur aan het pakket toevoegen.

Artikel 10: Terugkeerprocedure

Het inruilen moet gemeld worden aan LES BONNES MANIERES binnen de 14 kalenderdagen (feestdagen inbegrepen) van de levering op het volgend e-mailadres: customercare@lesbonnesmanieres.eu.

Iedere reden van terugkeer moet nauwkeurig worden vermeld op een document in bijlage in het verzonden pakket. De poststempel fungeert als bewijs.

De geretourneerde artikelen zullen worden aanvaard en terugbetaald of uitgewisseld alleen als de verkoopsvertegenwoordigers bevestigen dat het product identiek is aan het verzonden artikel en dus niet beschadigd, gewijzigd of op enigerlei wijze hersteld. De label moet intact zijn, en het artikel moet in zijn oorspronkelijke plastic zakje worden teruggestuurd.

Kunnen niet worden terugbetaald of uitgewisseld:

  • De beschadigde, bevuilde, gedragen of door derden en / of de gebruiker gerepareerde artikelen.
  • Onvolledige artikelen (delen ervan, instructies, en / of ontbrekende accessoires);
  • De artikelen in de niet oorspronkelijke verpakking;

De gebruiker dient een verzendbewijs door de postdiensten te valideren.

Indien de terugkeer wordt geweigerd door LES BONNES MANIERES, worden de artikelen teruggeleid naar de klant zonder enige compensatie of recht van de vergoeding.

In geval van een frauduleuze terugkeer, heeft LES BONNES MANIERES het recht om iedere bestelling afkomstig van dezelfde klant te weigeren.

Geen toestemming is verleend om de gebruiker deze merken op geen enkele manier gebruiken. De gebruiker stemt ermee in niet te gebruiken deze merken of merken van y die gelijkaardig zijn zonder de voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van SANDYSIGN bvba.

Een hyperlink naar deze website, of met behulp van de techniek van de framing of in-line linking is uitdrukkelijk verboden zonder de voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van SANDYSIGN bvba.

Artikel 14: Bewijs

De opgeslagen computerbestanden in de beveiligde computersystemen van de site worden beschouwd als bewijs van communicatie, bestellingen en betalingen tussen de partijen.

Bestelbonnen en facturen worden gearchiveerd op betrouwbare en duurzame opslagbestanden die indien nodig kunnen worden geraadpleegd als bewijs.

Artikel 15: Ongeldigheid

Indien een van bovenstaande Algemene Verkoopsvoorwaarden niet toegepast zou kunnen worden wegens ongeldigheid, zullen de andere clausules onverkort van kracht blijven.

In geval van twijfel over de al dan niet toepasselijkheid van een van de verkoopsvoorwaarden, zal deze laatste getoetst worden aan de gangbare procedure die betrekking heeft op de e-commerce betrekkingen van ondernemingen die hun maatschappelijke zetel hebben in het Koninkrijk België.

Artikel 16: Duur

Voormelde Algemene Verkoopsvoorwaarden zullen van kracht blijven gedurende de volledige aanbodperiode uitgaande van LES BONNES MANIERES.

Artikel 17: Toepasselijk recht en bevoegde rechtbank

Deze Algemene Verkoopsvoorwaarden vallen onder de toepassing van het Belgisch recht. Ieder geschil voortvloeiend uit de niet naleving van zelfde voorwaarden vallen onder de uitsluitende bevoegdheid van de Rechtbanken van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
